Take I-76 West to the PA Turnpike (I-76 Toll Road).
Follow PA Turnpike West (toward Harrisburg ), to Exit 312 "Downingtown".

Follow Rt 322 West to Rt 1 South. Make a left turn onto Rt 1 South
Follow Rt 1 South approximately 3 lights. Make a right onto Rt. 202 North.
Follow Rt 202 North, approximately 10 minutes, bearing to the right to stay on 202 N.
Continue to the Exit "Rt. 100 & Rt. 30 Exton".
Stay on Rt. 100 
Turn right at the light onto Gordon Drive, 
Make a right onto "Pickering Way" (Pickering Creek Industrial Park)
Go to stop sign and make a left onto  "Philips Road."

Exit the airport and follow signs to Interstate 95 South.
Take I-95 South and exit right on I-476.

Take I-76 West to the PA Turnpike (I-76 Toll Road).
